The Alvia Business Park, an architectural complex designed to house modern offices and corporate services, commissioned Dysegna for the complete signage of its facilities. This project covered more than 25,000 square meters across several buildings and common areas.

Wayfinding systems were implemented with anodized aluminum totems, backlit interior directories, and high-resistance vinyl directional signage. At the main entrances, laser-engraved identification plaques were installed, while specific signage was designed for the underground parking areas using photoluminescent materials to ensure visibility and safety.

The technical proposal was adapted to the sober aesthetic of the complex, achieving a perfect integration of functionality and corporate design.
