The Tres Aguas Shopping Center, located in Alcorcón, has become one of the most dynamic commercial destinations in the Madrid region. Its modern and versatile design spans over 65,000 m² of commercial space, offering a combination of shops, leisure, and dining experiences for thousands of daily visitors.

Dysegna developed a comprehensive signage project adapted to the recent remodeling of the complex, respecting the architectural details designed by Chapman Taylor. Structures in oven-painted steel and backlit acrylic elements were incorporated to ensure readability in all lighting conditions.

Additionally, the orientation of the signage was adjusted to the new visitor flow, optimizing navigation in both interior spaces, such as access to anchor stores, and exterior areas like peripheral parking lots. This project successfully blends functionality and design to enhance the user experience.
